Concerts at Cratfield is a popular summer season of concerts in St Mary’s Church, Cratfield. The capacity and enthusiastic audience are keen to support young performers, and to enjoy the Cratfield Cakes in the interval! Chocolate Cake is popular and this cake, flavoured with cinnamon, disappears quickly. I use Delia Smith’s divine Chocolate and Sour Cream Icing – yummy and indulgent, as chocolate should be!
