The Church of St Yves in Plougonven is another of the Enclos Paroissial in Brittany. We had just finished a walk around Le Relecq and needed a cup of coffee which we hoped to find in Plougonven.

La Martyre is so-called because in June 874 King Salomon of Brittany was assassinated in the Church, and subsequently canonised – presumably for good works during his lifetime.
