Altar pieces & stained glass, Notre Dame de Lampaul-Guimiliau

The altar pieces are lavish, to say the least. The central section of the Altar Piece of the Passion was created in Antwerp, and the bottom panel is the Last Supper. There are over 80 figures on this piece and the cost must have been astronomical.

The Altar piece of St John the Baptist is similarly lavish; on the left St Michael is killing a dragon/devil, while on the right a figure of St John watches.

One could linger, but here are two last images: St Paul, and the stained glass windows.
