A wonderful dinner at the Hotel de la Marne, a good night’s sleep and a good breakfast, and then it was time to get moving again.

Treguier is a port town which developed around a monastery founded in 6C by St Tudwal. We stopped to see the Cathedral.

From Treguier we drove towards the north coast beyond Plougrescant.
The Rose Granite coast eluded me – next time – the driver was ill, the roads were tricky, it was difficult to find parking, there were lots of people, and so on. But we did manage one or two fabulous sea views.

And then it was inland to Landivisiau for a supermarket stockup, and finally we reached Sizun and our gite for the next two weeks.

Have a restful time at your Gite…lovely photos a bit like the cornish coast from the opposite side of La Manche!
