I have been in Spain – Galicia to be more precise! Easyjet took us from Gatwick to Porto and in the early afternoon we took the road from Porto to Baiona, up the Portuguese coast and along an empty motorway to Spain.

Route-finding was tricky and so there are no more photographs until we crested a hill and sighted our destination, Baiona, its bay, and the surrounding hills. It was very bright and hazy but what a wonderful sight!

And finally we arrived at the hotel, the Parador Conde de Gondomar.
The road from Porto to Baiona landed us in this wonderful destination for a few days. I had a new camera and was going to experiment!
