Trafalgar Square, 10 December 2013

Today was Nelson Mandela’s Memorial Service in Johannesburg. I followed the service on TV and then went into London. Around South Africa House everyone was talking about Mandela. It was a disturbing day, and in the evening I found myself in Trafalgar Square again, listening to a choir singing Christmas Carols.

Not yet; the funeral will be on Sunday and perhaps after that I will relax. It reminds me too strongly of my mother’s death in May 2012

I would love to hear from you!
